Responsibilities
As for a team member of software development, I am generally responsible for modification and implementation of new or modified software products or ongoing business projects to meet requested specifications.
Before starting to work as permanent staff, I participated in a four-month internship program in 2017.
Since then, I have been very interested in the services offered to customers and loved the culture of this company.
After graduation, I joined the company directly without having hesitation in April 2018.
Interested parts at work
As soon as I start to work, there is a huge difference between projects that I have completed in University and real world projects.
One of the most interesting parts of software development is the challenges that are being faced by software teams and implementation ways to figure out the solutions.
Another factor is having great team leader and members who always support to the others. Especially for a newcomer like me, they always give guidelines and coaching while I faced technology difficulties and language barrier.
Moreover, responsibility is also important. I need to take responsibility because the software product that I implement is based on the customer requirements and everything I do might have an impact over company’s evaluation.
I think I have improved my skills set better than before. I always try my best and excited for being a part of this company.
